Membership Application

The Membership Application helps us to get to know you better by learning about your prior church experience, ministry experience, and your testimony – as well as providing us with your contact information. Another part of this application is to read and sign the Individual Membership Covenant in which you acknowledge that you:

• have placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior
• agree to serve with your talents and spiritual gifts
• commit to regular giving
• protect the unity of the Body by living in obedience and to resolve conflict Biblically.
• submit to the Elders leadership
• are a witness to your faith in a positive way

Individual Membership Covenant


I am excited about becoming an active member of Country Christian Church. I agree with Country's "What We Preach and Teach" (above). I commit to using my spiritual gifts and natural talents to serve Christ wherever I can in this church. I will generously support the church financially in a regular and cheerful manner as Scripture teaches. I will carefully protect the unity of this fellowship following the principles of Matthew 18 in resolving any conflict I have. I will pray for and encourage others in our church, and be a positive witness for Christ and our church in this community. I am committed to submit to the Elders.  By faith, I have personally, repented of my sin, believing in Jesus Christ, His work on the cross, having pledged my life in baptism, all for forgiveness, redemption and salvation.
