This agreement is between Country Christian Church and

Use of the church building will be for the purpose of rehearsal and wedding only. A deposit of $200 shall be paid at the time the building is reserved. The balance shall be paid no later than one day before use. In the event the wedding is canceled, 1/2 of the deposit will be refunded to you ($100).

The wedding must be performed by a minister of Country Christian Church. The couple getting married will receive a minimum of 3 hours of premarital counseling performed by a minister of Country Christian Church. The ceremony will not be performed without this premarital counseling. Both bride and groom MUST attend. The couple getting married will attend a minimum of two church services prior to their marriage.

The church is not responsible for lost articles, personal or property injury, or damage, theft or vandalism that might arise from the lease of the building.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the church building. NO alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the premises. Anyone coming to rehearsal under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will be asked to leave at the discretion of the minister.

Please make arrangements with the secretary to come in and decorate on Friday or Saturday morning.

Any use of CD's or live music such as guitars or other stringed instruments, etc., must be discussed and approved.

Any children in the wedding party under the age of 4 must be discussed with and approved by the minister.
